NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A monster truck emblazoned with “Long Live DMX” carried the rapper’s casket from Yonkers to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn ahead of a memorial service at the arena on Saturday.
Photos show the monster truck and hundreds of motorcycles and cars headed down streets and highways after 12 p.m.

DMX’s red casket could be seen on the back of the monster truck, which arrived at the Barclays Center by 2 p.m.
The NYPD and Yonkers Police had warned of traffic delays Saturday afternoon as the procession made its way from Yonkers to Brooklyn.
The memorial service was closed to the public and restricted to only close friends and family due to pandemic conditions, however it was being livestreamed.
DMX, whose birth name is Earl Simmons, died April 9 after suffering a “catastrophic cardiac arrest.” He spent several days on life support after being rushed to White Plains Hospital from his home April 2.
