NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Police are searching for a pair of thieves regarding a robbery pattern with over $15,000 worth of merchandise stolen during June and July from stores in Lower Manhattan including Bloomingdales, police said.

The two men hit four different stores and stole about $15,000 worth of merchandise.
The first incident reported was in Bloomingdale's at 504 Broadway in SoHo on June 17 around 7:20 p.m. when two men stole about 13 pairs of sunglasses. An employee tried to stop them but one of the men showed a knife before exiting the store and then ran off.

A similar incident happened on June 29 around 6 p.m. when the pair went into the Zadig and Voltaire clothing store on 453 Broome St. in SoHo, and took over $5,000 worth of clothing. One of the men showed a knife with a yellow handle and put the clothes in a brown handbag. They then ran off.
This follows another incident a week earlier around 6:30 p.m. when the pair went into the Paige store at 460 Broome St. in SoHo and took clothes worth over $1,000.
The latest robbery happened on July 8 at Scotch and Soda clothing store located at 90 Orchard St. on the Lower East Side, but this time, the men showed a gun and stole clothes worth more than $3,000. The men then fled the scene.

There were no injuries reported as a result of the incidents.
The two unidentified men are described to be in their 30s, according to police.
