NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a trio wanted for beating a teen during a robbery on the Lower East Side last month.
The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. on Wednesday, June 29, in front of 100 Attorney Street. Police said a 17-year-old boy was approached by the three suspects who demanded his money and property.
The suspects then began to punch and kick the teen in the head before robbing him of his fanny pack containing his Apple AirPods and wallet, officials said.
The suspects then fled in an unknown direction.
The victim sustained pain to his head, jaw, and right leg but refused medical attention at the scene.
