
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Authorities released photos of two scooter-riding suspects sought in connection to the fatal shooting of a 22-year-old man in the Bronx last week.
Police responded to a 911 call of a man shot on East 187 Street in Belmont just before 7 p.m. on Feb. 13.
According to officials, two men riding a motorized scooter pulled up to the location and the passenger fired his gun, repeatedly striking Miguel Vargas in the chest.
The gunman then got back on the scooter and the suspects drove off southbound on Beaumont Avenue, cops said.
Vargas was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The NYPD is offering a reward up to $3,500.
