NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A Bronx man with a history of sex offenses dating back decades and across the U.S. is being sought for flashing and stalking a woman on the Upper East Side, police said Friday.
Kenneth Hoyt, 58, allegedly opened his jacket and exposed his genitals to the woman in front of 393 East 83 St. around 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 10.
Since then, he has "made numerous amounts of unwanted social media contact with the victim, detailing her movements throughout her day," police said.
Hoyt must register as a sex offender for life following a string of sex crimes in New York, California and Nevada dating back to the early 1980s.
He has 11 priors, many of them for public lewdness, including most recently in 2020.
Among his numerous arrests are a case from 1985 in which he was convicted of molesting a 13-year-old girl, as well as multiple subway flashings and an incident from Nevada that involved "five female juveniles inside his apartment who were all partially undressed," DNAinfo reported.
