NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) -- A man filmed under a 16-year-old girl's skirt as she walked on a Brooklyn street this week, the NYPD said Thursday as they released images of a suspect.
The girl was walking on 92nd Street, just west of Fourth Avenue, around 7:25 p.m. Tuesday when the man came up and snapped an "upskirt" photo of her, according to police.
He then fled eastbound on 92nd Street towards Fourth Avenue, police said.
Images from police show the man in a black "Orlando, Florida" t-shirt and white cap.
