NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — One person is dead and four other are injured after a Saturday night shooting on the Coney Island Boardwalk, authorities said.

Just before midnight, cops showed up to the boardwalk at West 29th Street after getting a 911 call that multiple people were shot, police said.
Responding officers found a 42-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his back, a 49-year-old woman with a gunshot wound in her right leg, a 34-year-old woman with a gunshot wound in her right foot, a 46-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his left leg and an unidentified man with a gunshot wound to his left leg, officials said.
Emergency responders transported the five victims to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn. The 42-year-old man was pronounced dead while the other four victims are in stable condition.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
