
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Monday released a photo of a man wanted for stabbing and slashing a man on a Manhattan street earlier this month.
It happened at approximately 2 a.m. on Wednesday, August 2, when the suspect approached a 44-year-old man at Eighth Avenue and Greenwich Avenue in the Meatpacking District and engaged in an argument.
According to police, the suspect stabbed the man in the abdomen and slashed him once in the buttocks.
The suspect fled southbound on Eighth Avenue.
EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition.
