Teen boys, 13 and 15, slashed in Queens

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two teen boys were slashed in Queens on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.

The incident happened near 41st Avenue and 75th Street just before 3 p.m., police said.

The boys, ages 13 and 15, went to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst for treatment. The 15-year-old was slashed in the chest and the 13-year-old was cut in the chest and arm, according to officials.

When the slashing occurred, the boys were with a larger group of teens, cops said.

It was not immediately clear what led to the incident and police said the victims were uncooperative with them.
