NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two 4-year-old boys were killed in separate car crashes in Queens and on Long Island Saturday, police said.
One of the victims was riding his bike near 117-23 147th street in Jamaica around 6 p.m. when a 23-year-old driver in a Toyota RAV4 hit him, authorities said.
Emergency responders transported the boy to Jewish Medical Center in stable condition but he later suffered a medical episode and died, officials said.
The driver stayed on the scene and no criminality is suspected at this time.
Earlier in the day on Long Island, 4-year-old Rasool Guevara was in his Huntington Station driveway around 11:30 a.m. when he was hit by 34-year-old Briceida Moreira De Moreira who was driving a Lexus RX 330, police said.
