
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD on Wednesday released images of a group wanted for robbing delis in Brooklyn and Queens at gunpoint last month.
The first robbery occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Monday, January 23, when three men entered the Bushwick Deli located at 1856 Bushwick Ave. in Bushwick, authorities said.
One suspect displayed a firearm and demanded money from the 48-year-old employee while the others stole $200, officials said.
All three suspects fled on foot towards Broadway and Cooper Street.
A short time later, just before 1:30 a.m., the three men entered the Metro Deli Grocery, located at 117-01 Hillside Ave. in Richmond Hill, officials said.
Once inside, one suspect displayed a firearm and demanded money from the 42-year-old worker, while another stole $5,800 from him, according to police.
An unidentified female was also seen waiting outside the location, cops said.
All four suspects fled on foot towards Jamaica Avenue.
There were no injuries reported as a result of these incidents.
