NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was critically injured in a baseball bat attack on a Brooklyn street, police said Thursday as they released new video of the brutal assault and three suspects they’re searching for.

The 31-year-old victim was attacked at Ralph Avenue and St. Johns Place in Crown Heights just before 3 p.m. on July 31.
The assault followed an argument between the victim and three young men believed to be between 15 and 30 year old, police said.
Video released Thursday shows the men punching and striking the victim with a baseball bat in the middle of the afternoon as cars pass by.

The victim suffered serious injuries and was transported to Kings County Hospital in critical condition. He suffered a severe laceration and swelling to the right side of his face, police said.
