Video from Aug. 25 shows the three suspects entering El Monstruo Tires on Boston Road in Laconia around 3:10 a.m.
The trio surrounds a 46-year-old man seated in a chair and then forces him to the ground at gunpoint, the video shows.
The group fled with the victim’s property, while the victim refused medical attention. It's unclear if he was an employee of the business.

Police believe the same group is behind a robbery three days earlier near Lincoln Center on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
A 16-year-old boy was at Amsterdam Avenue and W. 65th Street just before 10 p.m. on Aug. 22 when a group came up to him and demanded money at gunpoint.
The victim said he didn’t have any cash, and the group fled emptyhanded down W. 65th Street. The teen was not injured.
