VIDEO: Trio of men commit $14K burglary at Brooklyn store, assault employees

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking for a group of three men they said are responsible for taking thousands of dollars worth of goods from a Brooklyn store.

On Wednesday, Dec. 1 at about 1:20 p.m., police said three men entered Platinum CD at 20 Rockaway Ave. in Bed-Stuy.

Once inside, cops said two of the men took out guns and forced a 22-year-old male victim into the basement, while the third suspect served as a lookout.

The men also made two other victims, a 21-year-old man and a 34-year-old man, lay on the floor, police said. They then allegedly assaulted them with their guns and took cash, electronics, jewelry and merchandise from the store.

Police said the combined value of the items was about $14,000.

The suspects fled in a white Mercedes C-class sedan southbound on Rockaway Avenue.

The suspects are described as approximately 18-27 years old, and police released photos of each of them.
