NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 92-year-old woman was reportedly sucker-punched outside an Upper West Side restaurant on Thursday afternoon.

The victim was reading a menu in the window of the restaurant, near Columbus Avenue and W. 70th Street, around 3:30 p.m. when a man came up and punched her in the head, law enforcement sources told the New York Post on Friday.
The woman refused medical attention at the scene, according to the report.
A 35-year-old Staten Island man was taken into custody a short time later. There was no immediate word on any charges against him.
