NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Thursday released photos of two suspects wanted in connection to a violent home invasion robbery in the Bronx last week, authorities said.
It happened at approximately 10 p.m. on Thursday, March 23 inside of a residential building located at 547 East 168 St. in Morrisiana, the NYPD said.
According to officials, two suspects forcibly entered an apartment.
One of the suspects displayed a firearm and the other suspect displayed a cutting instrument and stabbed the 30-year-old woman in the left arm causing a laceration, authorities said.
The suspects then removed a cellphone and a safe containing approximately $160,000 before fleeing in an unknown direction.
The victim was taken by EMS to Saint Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.
