The 27-year-old woman was in front of 152 East 171 Street with a 6-month-old girl and 4-year-old boy around 6:40 p.m. when the shooting happened, police said.
Two gunmen open fire from a white BMW before they fled the scene, according to cops.
The woman suffered a graze wound to her cheek. The two children were not harmed. She walked a short distance to an NYPD precinct where EMS treated her. The victim refused further medical attention, officials said.
No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
