
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A food vendor about to pack up shop for the night was grazed by a bullet during a shooting in Inwood on Tuesday, the New York Post reported.

The 59-year-old man was selling fruit out of his van near Nagle Avenue and Thayer Street around 10 p.m. when he saw a man open fire, the victim told The Post.
According to police, the victim was grazed by a bullet in his stomach and sustained an injury.
He was taken to Harlem Hospital in stable condition.
No arrests have been and the investigation remains ongoing.
