NEWARK, N.J. (1010 WINS) – Officials are investigating the shooting death of a 19-year-old man found in a New Jersey residence Monday afternoon, prosecutors said.
At 3:40 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at a building located on South 6th Street in Newark, according to officials.
Police found Calvin Scott inside, suffering from gunshot wounds.
Scott was transported to University Hospital and later pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made so far, and the investigation is active and ongoing.
