The woman, who has not been identified, went to the man's Brynwood Gardens apartment in Old Bridge last Wednesday with both her brother and her boyfriend, according to a criminal affidavit obtained by NJ.com.
The victim had previously been involved in an accident but declined treatment at the scene. When she was in pain from the crash, her brother told her about someone who treats patients out of his home, the affidavit said.
Orger Sibaja-Bolanos isolated the victim in a bedroom, where he sexually assaulted her and injected her with a substance, said Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Old Bridge Acting Police Chief Scott Gumprecht.
According to the charging complaint, he massaged the areas where the woman said she was in pain before instructing her to remove her shirt and bra. He later told her that he was a "professional and a doctor" and ordered her to take off her pants "so he could check her body for bruising."
Sibaja-Bolanos then sexually assaulted the woman, and after she asked him to stop, according to the complaint, he ordered her to turn over before injecting her three times with the anti-inflammatory drug Diclofenac.
He was arrested last Thursday and charged with one count of second-degree sexual assault, one count of third-degree aggravated assault and one count of third-degree unlicensed practice of medicine, officials said.
Sibaja-Bolanos is currently being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center.
