NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The FBI is looking for a New York man who fled after being accused of raping a young girl.
Jesus Torres, of Goshen, is wanted in Orange County on charges of rape, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, the FBI New York field office said Wednesday.
The Southern District of New York has issued a warrant for Torres for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
Torres is described as 5’09" tall and weighing around 165 pounds.
Anyone who has information about Torres’ whereabouts or that may assist investigators is asked to call 1-800-CALL-FBI, or the New York State Police at 518-457-2180.
A reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
