PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) – Steelers will have Aaron Rodgers back at quarterback hosting the Bills on Sunday.

Head coach Mike Tomlin said he was a full participant for a second consecutive day on Friday and has been cleared to play. Tomlin said time helped not only in healing his fractured left wrist, but in getting used to the cast. Tomlin said Rodgers was able to take snaps under center at practice.

In 10 starts this season with the Steelers Rodgers is 6-4, completing 66.4% of his passes for 1,969 yards with 19 touchdowns and seven interceptions. His quarterback rating is 97.7, the highest since 2021.

Rodgers is 3-4 in his career against the Bills with seven touchdown passes and seven interceptions. Buffalo and Tampa Bay are the two teams in the NFL he doesn’t have a career plus touchdown to interception ratio.

“Every one is important,” Rodgers said on Wednesday about playing. “So, you're playing at home, and you're playing in the 4:25 slot, which means it's a semi-night

game because of the time of the year that we're in. These are great games. We're on the number one CBS group this week.”

“We got the fans all day to get ready, most of the day to get ready for the game. So we need a loud crowd out there and a great effort. You know, these are the kind of games that you win and take a lot of momentum from as you move forward. And obviously, we know it's after this one.”
