For Cade Cunningham, it's Detroit or bust. And the feeling may be mutual.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the top prospect in the NBA draft plans to visit only one team before the draft takes place next month: the Pistons, who won the lottery Tuesday night.

Cunningham, a 6'5 guard, averaged 20.1 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.5 assists while shooting 40 percent from three in his lone season at Oklahoma State. He was a consensus first-team All-American.

Pistons GM Troy Weaver said Tuesday the club will zero in on five players with the No. 1 pick, but indicated Cunningham is the early frontrunner.

"Obviously he's a talented young man and he's for sure at the top of the list," Weaver said.

USC C Evan Mobley, Gonzana PG Jalen Suggs and G League guards Jalen Green and Jonathan Kuminga also figure to be on Detroit's radar.

"We'll vet it out and come to a conclusion and pick where we see fit," Weaver said. "There's a lot of talented guys at the top, so we'll vet them all out and be ready to go."

After making three first-round picks last year, two of whom made the NBA All-Rookie teams, Weaver said he doesn't feel any extra pressure in drafting No. 1 overall.

"I don't feel any pressure in getting it right. The pressure I feel is moving the Pistons franchise forward, and we're excited about that," Weaver said. "I don't listen to outside rhetoric, right and wrong picks, any of that. I stay true to our process and we'll be ready to pick.

"I'm happy we have the No. 1 pick, some people wouldn't be. I'm ecstatic. Excited about moving our franchise forward. As far as getting the pick right, that's what I was hired for. So we gotta do our work and be ready."
