How many times do folks need to be reminded that 'Wedding Crashers' is just a movie, and shouldn't be attempted in real life?
Well, a couple of guys in Ohio failed to realize this message, and tried to attend a wedding they had not been invited to. Not only were they NOT invited, they had no relationship to either the bride or groom, but that didn't stop them from trying to steal a case of beer from the reception.
The groom stepped in to try and stop 29-year-old Justin Crowl and 22-year-old William Beeson, and William started throwing punches! At the groom! At his own wedding!
The crashers appeared to get the worst of it, though, as Justin cut himself on some broken beer bottles, and William was left with a MAJOR black eye that's swollen shut.
According to WKBN, the pair said they were at a horse show near the reception at the county fairgrounds, and were told they could "swing by." Even if they were technically "invited" as they are claiming, nobody probably expected them to attempt to walk off with a case of beer for themselves.
They're both facing charges of theft, trespassing, and disorderly conduct.
