The onslaught of Covid forced a lot of moms to quit their careers in order to take care of their children who were stuck learning from home, unable to attend school in-person.
Now, however, as schools have started to welcome back its students, a lot of women are looking to re-enter the workforce after some two years away, and a lot of people are struggling wondering just how to do so.

Women today are heading back into the workforce thanks to "Returnship" programs, which are return-to-work programs for parents who have taken time off from their careers.
