Last February, 22-year-old Rudi Batten attempted to rob a McDonald's in England, demanding cash and some McNuggets.
Well, he got the cash, about $600 in total, but he hit a little snag with the nuggets because unfortunately for Batten it was breakfast time, and there were no nuggets to be had.
Despite entering the restaurant with knife and a gun (which turned out to be fake), McDonald's is adamant about not selling lunch food during breakfast hours, and vice versa.
So instead, Batten had to settle for a double Sausage McMuffin.
According to Fox News, the police were able to identify Batten based on the security camera footage, and he was later arrested after turning himself in.
A court recently sentenced him to six years in prison.
