A medical episode led to a fatal crash in Oconee County. The wreck happened around 4:30 Monday afternoon at the intersection of Westminster Highway and Walhalla Street.
The Oconee County Coroner's Office says, the man suffered a cardiac event while driving. He was later transported to a local hospital, where he later died.
Coroner Karl Addis has identified the deceased, as 68 year old Robert Talley of West Union.
