The Clippers have beaten the Golden State Warriors, Orlando Magic, and Sacramento Kings during their current five-game winning streak and will face a Boston team that’s poised to put Porzingis on the floor for the first time this season. Al Horford has an illness ahead of the Celtics’ second leg of a back-to-back and Luke Kornet is doubtful with a hamstring injury. Ivica Zubac is a force in the paint and bettors shouldn’t expect Porzingis to take on a heavy workload. The Clippers have been elite on defense and have covered in five straight contests. Orlando Magic (11-7) at Charlotte Hornets (6-10) Under 213.5: -115, BetMGM
This pairing totaled 203 points the last time these two teams faced and Charlotte is even worse off on offense now. The Hornets lost Grant Williams to an ACL injury against the Milwaukee Bucks, Tre Mann is out with a back injury, and Miles Bridges is dealing with lingering knee pain. Charlotte can’t defend on much offense from anyone other than LaMelo Ball and that’s not ideal against the league’s best scoring defense.
