The Commanders stunned the NFC’s top seed last weekend with an impressive victory over the Lions, led by rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels' unbelievable performance. Now, Daniels and his squad head to Philadelphia to face the Eagles, who are coming off a strong win over the Rams in last Sunday’s snowy showdown.
This will be the third meeting between these two teams this season, with each side winning on their home turf. With a trip to the Super Bowl on the line, the stakes couldn’t be higher. And to make the game even more exciting, I’ve put together a same-game parlay at BetMGM:
Jayden Daniels Under 223.5 Passing Yards, Dyami Brown Under 44.5 Receiving Yards, Jalen Hurts Anytime Touchdown (+350, BetMGM)
The Eagles own the NFL’s top-ranked total and passing defense, allowing just 174.2 passing yards per game. With C.J. Gardner-Johnson, Darius Slay, and Cooper DeJean locking down the secondary, big plays through the air are hard to come by. When Daniels faced Philly in Week 11, he was held to 191 passing yards on 22-of-32 attempts. Expect a similar outcome this weekend.
Dyami Brown has been electric recently, posting 98 yards against the Lions and 89 yards versus the Bucs. But with his prop line jumping from 36.5 last week to 44.5 now, this feels like the perfect time to fade him. Philly’s secondary has been exceptional at limiting explosive plays, and Brown will likely see fewer opportunities against such a disciplined unit.
Ready for another "tush push"? If the Eagles find themselves at the goal line, Hurts is almost a lock to punch it in. He’s scored a rushing touchdown in all but six games this season and added another on the ground against the Rams last week. Trust Hurts to find the end zone once again.
