Monday’s NBA slate is packed with intriguing matchups, and we’ve identified the best player props to target. Victor Wembanyama faces a weak Wizards frontcourt, Damian Lillard steps up without Giannis, and Nikola Jokic looks for yet another triple-double. Let’s break down the top NBA player prop bets for February 10.
Spurs C Victor Wembanyama Over 24.5 Points vs. Wizards (-125, BetMGM)
The first time Wemby faced the Wizards this season, he dropped 50 points on 18-of-29 shooting (8-for-16 from three) in just 32 minutes en route to a 139-130 win. I don’t care that he’s finished under this mark three straight times heading into this game; Washington has allowed the most points per game (27.1) to opposing centers this season and has routinely allowed huge stat lines to the position. Not only that, but with Jonas Valanciunas traded and Alexandre Sarr injured, Richaun Holmes and Tristan Vukcevic will likely see most of the playing time at the five. Those guys started the season as third and fourth on the depth chart for the 9-43 Wiz. I expect Wembanyama to absolutely crush in this matchup.
Bucks PG Damian Lillard Over 37.5 Points + Assists vs. Warriors (-120, BetMGM)
This season, Lillard has played six games without Giannis Antetokounmpo in the lineup and has averaged 32.8 points and 10.2 assists over 36.7 minutes per contest. Not only that, but he’s cleared this 37.5 points + assists number in five of those six games and should be coming into this one with a lot of confidence after dropping 43 points and eight dimes against the 76ers yesterday. In that one, he went 14-of-27 shooting while also serving as the team’s chief facilitator, a role that he should assume once again tonight against the Warriors. Whenever a player has a proven ability to get over a combo stat in points alone (like Lillard), I’m interested and this is one of those situations with Giannis out.
Nuggets C Nikola Jokic Triple-Double vs. Blazers (+115, BetMGM)
Last week, this was juiced all the way up to -180, so I’m all over this at plus-money. Averaging 29.6 points (3rd in NBA), 12.7 rebounds (4th) and 10.3 assists (2nd), Jokic has posted a triple-double in three of his last five games and an astounding 24 of his 40 starts this season (60% hit rate). Regardless of the opponent, Jokic has consistently dominated these three categories all year long and anytime he’s plus-money to accomplish this feat, I’m going to be on it.
Hawks PG Dyson Daniels Over 23.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists vs. Magic (-120, BetMGM)
With Trae Young doubtful and Jalen Johnson out, Daniels is going to have an opportunity to put up a strong individual stat line tonight. In 83 minutes with Young, Johnson, Kobe Bufkin and the now-traded De’Andre Hunter and Bogdan Bogdanovic off the floor this season, Daniels has seen a 8.76% usage bump to a team-leading 26.92% in addition to a 32.69% assist rate, which is a massive 16.8% bump.
Celtics SG Derrick White Over 24.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists vs. Heat (-110, BetMGM)
Jrue Holiday is already listed out and out, both Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown missed shootaround, so the Celtics could be very shorthanded against the Heat tonight. With that being said, White has seen an 11.18% usage bump to 30.63% with those three guys off the floor this season and he and Payton Pritchard will be the main facilitators and go-to scorers. White’s assist rate also increases 20.67% to 40% with those guys off the floor.
