
A minor earthquake shook Santa Rosa Thursday morning, stopping an elevator at a local hospital.
A magnitude 3.4 earthquake hit about two miles east/southeast of Santa Rosa at 5:45 a.m., the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

According to a 911 dispatcher, an elevator in Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital on Montgomery Dr. shuttered to a halt when the quake struck, The Press Democrat said.
There have been no additional damage or injuries reported.
