A school bus transporting the Aliquippa Jr. High football team was involved in a crash Saturday morning.
According to reports, 21 students and the bus driver were taken to the hospital. A total of 25 students and 3 adults were on the bus. The conditions of the students and driver taken to the hospital are currently unknown.
Beaver County EMS confirmed first responders were called to the 190 block of Shaffer Road after a bus carrying students and parents from the Aliquippa School District crashed just before 10 a.m.
Economy Police Chief Michael O'Brien said during a press conference they are investigating what caused the crash.
