An Ambridge man has been sentenced to nearly six years in a federal prison.

According to U.S. Attorney Stephen Kaufman, 41-year-old Harold Novick was convicted of cocaine trafficking.

The trafficking took place over several month in 2018 while Novick was on parole for a previous cocaine trafficking conviction.

Novick had been previously convicted six times for cocaine trafficking, both in federal and state cases. He served sentences for those convictions as well as parole violations.

Novick's current conviction includes a 70 month prison sentence and six years of supervised release.
