This is a Get Marty emergency and there are a lot of moving parts to this one. Those moving parts are cats, more than 40 of them, and they've taken over a home in Sharpsburg, PA. Kathy Tommasin reached out with a tearful plea for help because she's overwhelmed. Watch the video on this page as she takes me on a tour of the house to show me what she's dealing with and how it's impacting her health.

From the moment we stepped into Kathy's home, we were surrounded by young cats of all colors and sizes. There isn't one part of the house the cats haven't taken over. In the picture above you can see one even tried to get some time on-camera by climbing the kitchen cabinets.

So what's next? How can we help? It all starts today with the assistance of the Kitty Queen Cat Rescue from Pittsburgh's North Hills. They'll be working with Kathy to find homes for her army of friendly felines.

How can you help?
Once the kittens are checked out and cleared by veterinarians, they'll be able to be adopted through the rescue. They're also looking for volunteers and donations. You can check out their information by following the link below.
