A Washington man was killed in a hit-and-run on the Parkway West late Wednesday night.
State Police say the call came in just before midnight for a pedestrian crash near the Greentree interchange. They found 53-year-old Husam Shuibat who was pronounced dead on scene.
Traffic cameras and witness accounts led to a description of the car involved in the crash.
Troopers found the car and the alleged driver. They took the driver in for questioning and a blood draw.
Police have not released the name of the driver or any charges.
