
PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) More information is being released regarding the sexual assault that took place at Pittsburgh’s Oliver Citywide Academy on Thursday.

An affidavit was obtained by KDKA Radio's Marty Griffin and describes the event in detail.
Neither the victim or 15-year-old student’s identity will be revealed.
The victim told police she was sitting next to the student, when he suddenly grabbed her shirt and attempted to expose her breasts.
She then found herself on the floor with the student on top of her.
She tried to scream for help but the student choked her, slamming her head on the floor multiple times, saying he would kill her if she didn't stop screaming.
The student took the victim’s phone as she attempted to call 911 and threw it while also trying to pull down her pants.
The victim told police she isn’t exactly sure what happened next but details were explained to police.
According to the affidavit, the student was new to the school.
Students are Oliver will be learning remotely this week.
