Police are investigating after a shooting near the Joe’s Crab Shack at Station Square.
Pittsburgh Police responded at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon for reports of shots fired.
Employees told police they heard a “popping sound from outside.”
Officers found a window in the back of the restaurant with damage, along with a bullet fragment on the ground.
“Only the first pane of the two-pane window was damaged,” police said in a release.
Police believe the bullet hit something metal before it ricocheted and hit the window.
It’s not known where the shot came from. Police continue to investigate with no injuries or suspects at this time.
