PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) The recent surge of violence in Pittsburgh’s South Side continues with another overnight shooting.
Around 2:40 a.m. Saturday morning, Pittsburgh Police responded to a Shotspotter alert on the 2000 block of Wharton Street.
When officers arrived they found a male with multiple gunshot wounds in a parking lot.
The male victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
No arrests have been made and there are no descriptions available for the suspect.
The investigation is ongoing.
