The Wolf administration is hoping more people will use the Pennsylvania Tax Hub (myPATH) website to file their state tax returns online.
“Pennsylvania taxpayers who file their state tax returns electronically with myPATH benefit from faster processing and will receive their refunds sooner if they are expecting one," Revenue Secretary Dan Hassell said. "We encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this free, easy-to-use online option."
The administration says the hub is free, offers the ability for taxpayers to track the status of a refund and has error-reducing calculators built in.
Residents can begin filing their taxes now. The deadline this year is April 15.
The myPATH website is available at mypath.pa.gov.
