ST. LOUIS (KMOX) updated Jan. 4 - Next Friday's Saint Louis University men's basketball game against Davidson has been postponed.

Previous reporting:
The Saint Louis University men's basketball team has postponed its next two games, making it four consecutive games that they'll miss after positive COVID-19 results among the team.

The Billikens confirmed to KMOX that both games against La Salle on Wednesday and Saint Joseph's on Saturday are officially postponed.

The team's next game on the schedule is on Jan. 15 at home vs Davidson.

KMOX's previous reporting:
The Saint Louis Billikens men's basketball team has paused all activities due to positive COVID-19 results within the program. Wednesday's game against Duquesne and Saturday's matchup with Massachusetts have been postponed.

The positive results are from tests administered on Dec. 28. The Atlantic 10 Conference will announce all changes to the Billikens' upcoming A-10 schedule.

Program activities will resume only after all personnel are cleared via the extensive Saint Louis University campus COVID-19 testing procedures and protocols.

SLU is 7-1 this season and just a few votes outside of the AP Top-25 rankings. They've beaten power five teams LSU and NC State at home, but lost to Minnesota in its first road game of the season.

Wednesday night was supposed to be the start of A-10 play for the Billikens.
