ST. CHARLES, Mo (KMOX) - Do you love nachos? There's about to be a new restaurant in the St. Louis area for you.
Loaded: Elevated Nachos is set to open early next year at the Streets of St. Charles. Executive chef Daniel Sammons tells the St. Louis Business Journal, "Everybody loves nachos — so it will certainly be a fun format to work with. I don't think there's anything just like this out there, and we're on the cusp of opening something people should really be excited to try."

The menu will feature eight to 10 nacho entrees at a time with dessert nachos as well. The nacho variants could be toasted ravioli, bahn mi, Caribbean jerk, crab rangoon and reuben, but there's nothing set in stone yet, according to Feast Magazine.
And those who can't decide, a flight of multiple types of nachos will also be an option.
Owners Brandon Holzhueter and Brad Merten, who also own Narwhal's, have plans for a loaded location in the city of St. Louis too, but haven't released details yet.
