Karen Adams joined KNX in 2017 as a street reporter covering the 2017 presidential inauguration in Washington, several major wildfires and the 2017 Montecito mudslides. Before KNX, the Edward Murrow award-winning journalist lived in Washington DC, where she reported and anchored the news on WNEW 99-1 FM. Karen began her career in broadcast news in Philadelphia, PA, where she was an anchor/reporter at KYW Newsradio and CBS-3 TV. Karen is a Temple University alum and when she's not covering the news, Karen enjoys K-dramas, cooking, the arts, and exploring all that California has to offer.
