A native Angeleno, and UCLA Graduate....he has been on the streets his entire career, starting in 1978 at KLAC Radio, the ABC and AP Radio Networks before joining KFWB NEWS 980 in 1985 and has been with KNX 97-1 FM since 2008. From a stint as a Combat Correspondent in Gulf War I to the 1992 Riots, the 2000 DNC Protests, Occupy LA , the post 2016 Election Unrest, the George Floyd Demonstrations, earthquakes large and small...and more Brush Fires and Police Incidents than he can count, he views his work this way.."We're writing the first rough draft of history....every day."
