Two men were arrested after they walked into the Los Angeles Police Department's Northeast Station and told officers that there was a man's body in a Glassell Park garage, authorities said Monday.
The men stopped at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the station at 3353 San Fernando Road, according to a dispatcher at the LAPD's Operations Center.
