
SOUTH GATE, Calif. (KNX) — A magnitude 3.3 earthquake struck Tuesday morning shortly before 9:30 a.m. in the area of South Gate, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake was reported near Cudahy, less than a mile from Huntington Park, and one mile from Lynwood and Bell.
It's the third quake of a magnitude 3.0 or high reported in southern Los Angeles County in the last two weeks.
