A spokesperson for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office told The Hollywood Reporter officers responded to O’Neill Regional Park in Trabuco Canyon at 9 a.m. after a man reported that he was sexually assaulted.

Dick’s arrest was captured on Captain Content’s livestream on YouTube. The YouTuber, who has 11k subscribers, posted three live stream videos throughout the day. During one of the streams, Dick was seen drinking and talking with the two guys in their RV the night before the arrest.

There was a discussion later in the stream among the two guys in the channel about Dick touching one of them inappropriately. In the same livestream, Dick was seen in the RV lying in a bed. He was on the phone and asked the guy filming to get away from him. He also told the guy filming to leave and “wait for the police.”

In another livestream, law enforcement officials are overheard asking witnesses about what exactly happened.

In the third livestream, Dick was seen being arrested. TMZ reported the victim’s pants were collected for evidence.

Dick has a long history of arrests and has been arrested on a myriad of charges including felony assault, sexual battery and suspicion of drug possession.
