LOS ANGELES (KNX) — Los Angeles police are searching for two suspects involved in a Monday home invasion in the 4200 block of Babcock Avenue in Studio City.
The invasion happened around 8:30 a.m. while two people were in the home at the time, according to KTLA. The news outlet reported that the homeowner was home at the time the suspects entered.
"Suspects were last seen going north on Babcock [Avenue] in a silver BMW 5 series sedan with 'pacific' on a paper license plate," the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement.
The suspects are described as two men, both bald, wearing all black clothing, LAPD continued, adding that one of them was wearing a sweatshirt with the word "Boss" printed on it.
In an interview with a neighbor, KTLA learned that the two men allegedly stole the keys to the house after breaking into the owner's Tesla while she was at a doctor's appointment. That story has not been confirmed by police.
Anyone with information is asked to contact LAPD.
