
**6 suspected gang members arrested in fatal Pasadena shootings**
PASADENA (CNS) - Pasadena police Wednesday said arrests have been made in a double homicide on Monday in Rancho Palos Verdes and another killing on Saturday in the Pasadena area.

Authorities planned an afternoon news conference Wednesday to announce "arrests of those responsible for the double murder in Rancho Palos Verdes and the male shot and killed on Angeles Crest Highway within the last week."
Deputies sent to the 7000 block of Palos Verdes Drive in Rancho Palos Verdes at 6:50 a.m. Monday found Jorge Ramos, 36, and TaylorRaven Whittaker, 26, fatally shot inside a parked Subaru sedan, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Multiple bullet holes were visible on the car. A possible motive for the killings was not indicated.
On Saturday at about 3:20 a.m., 32-year-old Jessie Munoz, who had been shot, was found in a vehicle he was driving that crashed on Angeles Crest Highway near mile marker 28.36, according to Lt. Keith Gomez of the Pasadena Police Department. Munoz died at the scene, Gomez said.
Pasadena police detectives determined that the Munoz shooting resulted from an apparent robbery attempt.
