PALMDALE, Calif. (KNX) – A man and a woman are dead after a stabbing at a parking lot in Palmdale, according to multiple reports.
Just after 12:20 p.m., the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced the Kohl's parking lot at 39850 10th St. West was closed due to police activity and that people were asked to avoid the area.
The woman was found dead at the scene, while the man was suffering from at least one stab wound, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told City News Service.
The man was taken to the hospital where he died.
A suspect was arrested as deputies searched for any other victims, KABC-7 reported. Details surrounding the suspect have not been made public at this time.
