
CORONA (CNS) - A 6-year-old boy was struck and killed on the south end of Corona, but the circumstances were unclear, authorities said Wednesday.

Duner Larson of Corona was fatally injured about 7:55 a.m. Tuesday on Sallie Jeffreys Way, just north of Golden Harvest Drive, according to the Corona Police Department.
Authorities said Duner was hit while on the residential street, where less than a half-dozen homes are located.
The motorist, whose identity was not disclosed, immediately stopped and waited for police, investigators said.
Duner was taken to nearby Corona Regional Medical Center, where he died less than an hour later.
Patrol officers questioned but did not arrest the motorist.
It was unknown Wednesday whether alcohol or drugs may have been factors in the fatality.
